Confessions Of The Carpool Line

I had finally fine-tuned my carpool skills over the years. The first-year kids were left, bags were left, kids were mad, and moms were crying, mainly me making several trips back to the school.

The following year, we had this cute idea of providing snacks for the kids; each snack day became more elaborate. It was known as the big Texas fleecing of parents.

Leaving many parents to take out small loans or buy a new car as I had to do, so my butt would not stick to the seat.

Oh, let us not forget the year I profit from carpooling from my car's lost and found. I did try to get things back to their rightful owner, but this became a job all its own, and I was busier than a person with a paper route.
